There are three types of software productivities that prefer to the basic tools. They are Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Database.
Word Processing
Word Processing is used by both the teacher and the students to make many documents, such as. Compositions, reports, directed or instructional activity. Word Processing has become the most used software in education. It saves time, enhances document appearance, and allows sharing of documents with others. Word processing also saves preparation time, the teacher can easily just pull up a lesson plan, forms, letters to parents, and flyers. Making it easier on them so all they have to do is go into the saved file change a few things around instead of retyping the whole thing.
Spreadsheet
Spreadsheets are programs designed to organize and manipulate numerical data. It is also like a "book" for organizing information like budgets and cash flow.
Why people use spread sheets?
They save time, by making calculations faster and more accurate. Easy to change, add or delete formulas for automatic caluclations.
Organizes information, information is stored in columns making it easy to find and read.
Supports "what if" questions, spreadsheets help people visualize the impact of changes in numbers. So beacause the numbers are calculated right away, you can fiddle around with different numbers and your "what if" questions can be answered right away.
Database
Databases are computer programs that allow users to store, organize and manipulate information, including both text and number datas. Databases can calculate information but its best for allowing people to locate through keyword searches. Some benifits are, make it easier to store large amounts of data, easy to locate single items of information, calculate information, allowes teachers and students to connect documents with internent resources.

The classroom I would like to teach in is a Kindergarten class. I had the opportunity last semester to do my student teaching in one and I absolutely loved it!! The children are so precious and always willing to learn at that age, which makes teaching them so much easier. Also because this is the age where they learn so much that they will need to take with them for the rest of their lives. So it is my responsibility to make sure I do a great job presenting the materials and everyone understands. I love a challenge!!
